décembre 1993, la revue états-unienne Obstetrics & Gynecology publiait une étude réalisée sur des femmes souffrant du syndrome prémenstruel (SPM). Celles-ci ont été
séparées en trois groupes pour étudier l’impact d’un traitement par semaine
pendant huit semaines.Les femmes du premier groupe ont reçu des séances de réflexologie sur les points associés aux symptômes liés aux tensions
prémenstruelles. Les femmes du deuxième groupe ont reçu des séances de réflexologie générales où seulement les zones réflexes générales,
sans lien avec les troubles, ont été stimulées. Les femmes du troisième groupe n’ont pas
reçu de séances de réflexologie. Dans le premier groupe, on a constaté une
amélioration de 46 % des symptômes (et ce, après huit séances de réflexologie seulement!) alors que dans le deuxième groupe, ce pourcentage
est tombé à 19 %. La différence entre ces deux groupes est significative d'un point de vue statistique. Le troisième groupe (groupe témoin) n’a montré aucune
amélioration. Alors qu'attendez-vous pour prendre rendez-vous pour une séance de réflexologie!!!! |
