 Le jardinage est une activité à hauts risques pour
ceux qui souffrent du dos. Jardiner, c'est se pencher, s'accroupir, soulever
des charges et les porter, bref, c'est effectuer toute une série de mouvements
qui peuvent être néfastes pour la colonne vertébrale. De plus, les personnes qui s'occupent d'un
jardin ont souvent tendance à effectuer une même activité pendant plusieurs heures, que ce soit bêcher, tailler
les arbres ou désherber les plates-bandes, au lieu de le faire régulièrement,
mais brièvement. Il est donc fréquent de voir des dorsalgies attribuables à la
pratique du jardinage. Voici un certain nombre de précautions à respecter pour jardiner de façon sécuritaire:

tondeuse électrique. Les modèles rotatifs ou à cylindre sont recommandés.
